Vistina, an investment bank specializing in strategic advisory, structured credit and asset-based financing and a wholly owned subsidiary of Hoplon Capital, added Jeanine Arnold as senior managing director and head of ratings advisory. Her appointment expands the firm’s capabilities and advisory efforts in capital structure and credit ratings.
In this newly created role, Arnold will spearhead the buildout of Vistina’s independent ratings advisory business, enhancing the firm’s ability to support Vistina-led transactions, as well as issuers, sponsors and investors pursuing innovative private and structured credit solutions. Her mandate includes advancing investment-grade, asset-based and innovative financing strategies, advising on esoteric and non-traditional asset classes, and shaping ratings strategy for high growth and transformational transactions.
“We are thrilled to welcome Jeanine to Vistina and Hoplon,” Robert Arsov, founder and CEO of Hoplon Capital, said. “As demand for investment-grade and structured solutions accelerates in private markets, Jeanine’s expertise in navigating complex ratings methodologies will help clients unlock new financing opportunities and achieve stronger outcomes. Her appointment reflects our commitment to building differentiated advisory capabilities across private credit, structured finance and ratings.”
Arnold said, “I’m deeply honored to join Vistina’s dynamic, solutions-driven team, which is well positioned to help clients navigate the growing gap between financing innovation and evolving ratings frameworks. I am excited to partner with clients to shape durable ratings outcomes and unlock capital across increasingly complex markets.”
Arnold brings more than two decades of ratings and credit leadership. Before joining Vistina, she served as global co-head and head of EMEA leveraged finance at Moody’s, where she oversaw leveraged finance ratings, research and market engagement. She was also a senior member of Moody’s global private credit leadership team, and, in 2025, she chaired the private credit markets insight committee. Her earlier experience includes roles at Fitch Ratings, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Royal Bank of Scotland. She began her career at Ernst & Young as a chartered accountant.
