Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The company intends to use the capital to embed native USDC stablecoin settlement tracks directly into its transactional infrastructure, fund the expansion of its multi-rail payment networks, and accelerate global business settlement speeds.
Led by Founder and CEO Olugbenga “GB” Agboola, Flutterwave develops a unified financial infrastructure layer and single API gateway engineered to automate local and cross-border money movement by connecting global corporations to regional card, mobile wallet, and bank transfer networks across 34 African nations.
The company has processed over one billion transactions valued in excess of $50 billion for enterprise clients like Uber and Microsoft, secured its banking license in Nigeria.
