The Sports and Leisure Group Ltd, based at Temple End, High Wycombe, was incorporated in on August 24, 2000, and dissolved on April 7, 2026.
The private limited company was dissolved via a voluntary strike-off.
The firm, which was registered under the company number 04059485, had made an application to strike the company off the register in January of this year.

This came just over six months after a change of director and just over a year after the company moved its officers from Nottingham to Buckinghamshire.
In February, the voluntary strike-off was suspended due to an objection received by the registrar.
Final confirmation was given on April 7.
This was one of 403 firms based in High Wycombe that have been listed as dissolved on Companies House since the beginning of 2026.
During March, this included several construction and development firms, a barbershop, a takeaway, a recruitment company and a publisher.
