Campbells advises ChinaAMC Core Value Bond Fund on Cayman Islands Stock Exchange listing

Campbells advised ChinaAMC Segregated Portfolio Company II on the listing of its ChinaAMC Core Value Bond Fund SP on the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange, the law firm said.

The fund is a segregated portfolio of ChinaAMC Segregated Portfolio Company II, a mutual fund registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and managed by China Asset Management (Hong Kong) Ltd.

Campbells said the transaction was the sixth listing it has completed for ChinaAMC Segregated Portfolio Company II in the past 12 months.

ChinaAMC (HK) is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Asset Management. The group offers products including equity funds, hedge funds, exchange-traded funds, bond funds and segregated accounts.

Robert Searle led the Campbells team, with support from Peter Alphart and Benjamin Tao.
