A pre-dawn bomb attack in Bishnupur district of Manipur killed a 5-year-old boy and his 5-month-old sister while critically injuring their mother, who is now in ICU in Imphal. Following the attack, Meitei protesters attempted to storm Moirang Police Station, torched the gate, and clashes left at least five people injured. CM Y. Khemchand Singh condemned the attack and handed over the case to NIA.
