Actor-politician Ravi Kishan and his daughter Rivva Kishan entered the reality game show The Alliance together. While fans have loved their emotional bond on the show, the father-daughter duo shares an equally close relationship off-screen. In a recent interview, Rivva opened up about her father becoming a viral sensation. She also revealed that Ravi is a very emotional person and said she would prefer to choose her life partner with his permission.

During a podcast with Filmygyan, Rivva was asked about her reaction to seeing her father, Ravi Kishan, featured in memes on social media. She replied, “Of course, I am watching all of it. I love it. I am proud. We cherish it, celebrate it, we laugh. Whenever I am doing nothing, I am exploring and finding all the possible creativity. It’s all of his hard work, and the journey he has had. He has really worked hard.”
She continued, “We only laugh while watching these memes. We keep sharing those meme reels with each other and keep laughing. Every morning, we end up talking about the memes. The conversation ends there only.”
The nepo-kid tag
Like every other star kid in the film industry, Rivva Kishan also had to face pre-conceived notions of belonging to a film family. “I am my father’s daughter. People know that they can approach, but you have to prove yourself. It takes a lot to prove yourself. Kushal Mangal didn’t fare as well as we thought it would, but I knew I had a lot to work on as a performer. I knew that I wasn’t as ready at that time, as much as I am today. I have no problem accepting this. No one is born with skills, you learn, explore, and then you figure it out. I am headed in the right direction now, I am still very proud of that film,” she shared.

Through the pressure and challenges of finding her own footing, Rivva has often turned to her father’s advice. “He always tells me to be real, not trying to be something that I am not. Don’t look at the world and do what people are doing. You have your own journey, hard work, skills, and experience that you take forward with yourself. Be what you are, and you don’t need nothing. That’s what keeps me going every single day and I am very confident about it.”
The actor further added, “You have to prove yourself. There is a certain kind of pressure that you can’t see, but people are seeing you holding that pressure. There is a responsibility as a daughter. He has had a very strong impact with his personality and performances. People love him all over the world.”

Rivva Kishan’s dating life
Rivva Kishan is not dating anyone at the moment, but when she does enter a relationship, she says she would not take things forward without her father’s permission. “I am not in the dating zone right now. I just want to focus on my family and career. And, I will have to take his permission, of course. Nothing moves in this house without my father’s orders,” she said.
“My father is very unknowingly emotional. When you don’t expect him to be emotional at a moment, he would show minor emotion. I have not seen any person so emotional. The way he holds beautiful emotions. He is amazing, a strong pillar of the family. He does small gestures and actions. He answers my calls no matter where he is, how busy he is. He has that, and that’s what I am so happy and blessed,” Rivva concluded.
