Tiger Research, a Web3-focused research firm, said April 30 that it signed a memorandum of understanding with Smilegate Asset Management on cooperation in digital-asset research.

Under the agreement, Tiger Research will regularly provide its blockchain research to Moneytoring, Smilegate Asset Management’s investment-information platform. The partnership is aimed at offering investors deeper analysis and insights into the digital-asset market.

The two companies plan to strengthen their content offerings through the collaboration. Tiger Research will continue supplying reports covering blockchain, virtual assets, Web3 and fintech, including market analysis, protocol research and industry trends. They are also considering additional cooperation, including licensing premium content based on on-chain data.

Smilegate Asset Management will add specialized digital-asset research to Moneytoring alongside its existing traditional finance information. The firm said the move will improve users’ access to information and bolster the platform’s support for investment decisions.

Tiger Research, founded in 2022, provides market analysis and strategic advisory services to global blockchain foundations and institutions. Its research is published in Korean, English, Chinese, Japanese and Indonesian.

“The partnership with Smilegate Asset Management is an opportunity to bring professional blockchain research to a broader group of retail investors,” Chief Executive Officer Kim Gyu-jin said. “Through Moneytoring, we will help more investors gain access to in-depth information on the blockchain and digital-asset markets.”
