Bangladesh’s gross forex reserves rise to $36.58bn

DHAKA, July 12, 2026 (BSS) – Bangladesh’s foreign exchange reserves stood at 

US$36.58 billion (gross), according to the latest data released by Bangladesh 

Bank (BB) today.

The country’s gross foreign exchange reserves reached US$36.58 billion, while 

reserves calculated under the IMF’s BPM6 methodology stood at US$31.94 

billion.
