Cuatrecasas has advised the asset-backed securities fund Pepper Iberia Consumer on registering a prospectus with the Spanish Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as on a €265.6-million bond issue due April 2037.

These bonds have been admitted to listing on the Spanish Corporate Debt Market (AIAF) of the Spanish Stock Exchanges and Markets (BME). The securitization has been structured under the simple, transparent and standardised (“STS”) requirements of the EU Securitization Regulation (EU Regulation 2017/2402).
