Emerging Market (EM) sovereign debt, as measured by the JPMorgan EMBI Global Core Index, rallied in the second quarter, led by high-yield issuers, as easing geopolitical and stagflation concerns lifted risk appetite, compressing credit spreads and supporting strong returns despite a
