Ghana nears debt overhaul finish line with $253.2 million bonds swap

JOHANNESBURG, July 13 – Bondholders exchanged $253.2 million worth of Ghana-linked bonds for $155 million in new notes on Monday, completing one of the last remaining pieces of the West African nation’s sweeping debt restructuring.
