Turkey’s benchmark stock index closes on Friday


(MENAFN) Turkey’s benchmark stock index ended on Friday at 9,877.59 points, dropping 0.37 percent comparing to the latest close.

Borsa Istanbul’s BIST 100 index fell 37.09 points, expanding its income for the second phase.

The cost of an ounce of gold was USD2,927.89, whereas Brent crude oil sold proximately USD75.19 for each barrel in 6:15 p.m. local time (1515GMT).

The US dollar/Turkish lira trade ratio was 36.2168, the euro/lira trade ratio was 38.0203, as well as the British pound exchanged at 45.6729 liras.
