The car is equipped with a 50 kWh lithium-ion battery, providing a range of up to 350 km on a single charge. Additionally, the Lira comes with high-efficiency solar panels integrated into its roof, allowing the battery to be partially charged while stationary or driving, offering up to 15 km of free energy per day.
As for charging time, Skylira is notable for its fast-charging capabilities: 0-80% in just about 30 minutes (DC), and a full charge at home takes around 6-8 hours (AC).
The car features a modern, sleek, and sporty design with 16-inch aluminum wheels. Other features include a 10-inch central touchscreen with a smart entertainment system that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, an advanced navigation system, a rearview camera with parking sensors, fully digital gauges, smart air conditioning, and comfortable seats with vegan leather upholstery.
According to Houssami, the car is designed for both city driving and highways, targeting young people, small families, and eco-conscious car enthusiasts. It comes equipped with an anti-lock braking system (ABS), electronic stability program (ESP), driver and front passenger airbags, a tire pressure monitoring system, and forward collision warning with emergency brake assist.
