Watch Poland v Sweden on BBC TV and BBC iPlayer

Watch Poland V Sweden on BBC One and BBC iPlayer on Tuesday 8 July, with kick off at 8pm BST.

Jeanette Kwakye presents live coverage as Poland take on former champions Sweden at the Women’s Euro 2025 tournament in Switzerland. Arsenal’s Champions League final goalscorer, Stina Blackstenius, starred in Sweden’s fabulous run at the last World Cup, knocking out the USA on the way to a bronze medal and beating hosts Australia in the third-place play-off. Sweden were European women’s football pioneers, beating England in the first two-legged final in 1984. Since then, they’ve been runners-up three times, but the last of those was in 2001.

In contrast, Poland are playing in their first major tournament, gaining their place at the Euros by beating Austria in a play-off. But they impressed in their recent UEFA Nations League campaign, finishing unbeaten and in top spot in a group including Northern Ireland.

Jonathan Pearce and Gilly Flaherty provide commentary on all the action in Lucerne.
