The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) has officially announced the admission of a new issue of government treasury bills, in accordance with Article 58(1) of the Cyprus Securities and Stock Exchange Law.
Specifically, the CSE has accepted the listing of 25,000 thirteen-week Treasury Bills of the 4th Issue, Series 2025 (April 25, 2025 – July 25, 2025), each with a nominal value of €1,000.
The total value of the issue stands at €25 million. These securities resulted from an auction held on April 16, 2025.
In addition to their listing on the Exchange, the treasury bills have also been simultaneously admitted to the Central Depository and Central Registry, under the provisions of paragraphs (1) and (3) of Article 10 of the Cyprus Securities and Stock Exchange (Central Depository and Central Registry of Securities) Laws.
The issuance date of the treasury bills is April 25, 2025.
These securities will be traded on the Bond Market of the Cyprus Stock Exchange under the trading code TB13D25, and the unique ISIN code CY0241170816.
It is important to note that the treasury bills carry no interest.
Trading of the instruments will commence on Friday, April 25, 2025.
