How social bonds at work support mental health


Compassion at work is essential, says Rachael Hall, mental health coach at Posturite. She believes that truly listening to colleagues can transform workplace wellbeing. Sharing stories and experiences helps build a culture of support, allowing everyone to perform at their best.

Hall’s perspective is shaped by both personal and professional experience. After years of struggling at school and in early jobs, a supportive manager helped her rebuild confidence and improve her mental health. Now, as a registered mental health nurse, she delivers workplace mental health strategy coaching at Posturite.
