New Disney Pixar Collectible Called Pop Cube Available At Pop Mart

Disney is obviously one of the biggest brands in the world, but it wouldn’t be quite as big if it weren’t for several of the company’s subsidiaries. One of the main ones is Pixar, which has been making excellent animated movies since the ’90s. In the process, some of the studio’s characters have become immensely popular and instantly recognizable. In fact, you could even recognize them if they suddenly became cube-shaped. This has been proven by Pop Mart’s new product line called Pop Cube. The line features various Pixar characters as little cube-shaped figures.

There is an element of mystery to this collectible, as they come in blind boxes, meaning you don’t know who you’re going to get until you open the box. Currently, there are 27 different characters you can possibly get, separated into three series. At Pop Mart, you can get a single Pop Cube for $14 or an entire series for $126. Either way, they’re currently available to order from the Pop Mart online store, but you will also be able to find them in person in September.

These little figures are just under two inches, both tall and wide. Naturally, if you’ve seen any Pixar movies, you may have noticed that most of the characters aren’t shaped like boxes. So, the designers have had to be creative to transform the characters into small cubes. For the likes of Anger from Inside Out, this was probably relatively easy since he’s already almost cube-shaped. Yet, Slinky from Toy Story was likely a lot tougher. Speaking of Toy Story, a lot of its characters have made it into this product line. Yet, each Pop Cube series offers a range of different characters from Pixar films.

Even Little Bo Peep’s Sheep Are Part Of The Line

The Pop Cubes work really well as display pieces, as their small size and compactness means they can fit in many places in your own home. Plus, their bright colors can catch people’s eye. What will certainly draw attention is a bunch of them placed on top of one another. That is not just a silly idea; it’s possible because the tops and bottoms of Pop Cubes are magnetic, meaning they stack easily. Full towers of Pop Cubes would certainly make for unique additions to your home decor.
