‘LEGALLY BLONDE’ THE MUSICAL

Elle Woods & Bruiser Woods hit the stage this weekend in Winchester!

Legally Blonde: The Musical follows the journey of Elle, a sorority girl who enrolls in Harvard to win back her ex-boyfriend.

The production features all kinds of musical numbers based on the classic movie.

“Instead of a video that she submits to get into Harvard like she does in the movie, there’s a big cheerleading dance number spectacular that she crashes the Harvard offices and sings and dances her way into the hearts of Harvard,” said the musical’s director Ellie Miller. “So it’s just going to be a whole lot of fun.”

The musical runs this weekend and next weekend. Tickets, starting at $19, can still be purchased online.

2024 BOURBON & BBQ BASH

The 2024 Bourbon & BBQ Bash is on Saturday at the Campbell House in Lexington.

The fundraising event benefits Camp Hero Kentucky, an organization that provides retreats for mentally and physically wounded veterans and first responders.
