The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) this week announced that The Three Tuns Capital RAIF F.C.I.C. PLC, a Registered Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF), is undergoing a formal process of dissolution and liquidation.
The RAIF is managed externally by MFO Asset Management Ltd, which informed CySEC of this development in accordance with article 138(7)(a) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018.
The fund is officially registered under Registration Number RAIF143.
CySEC confirmed that until the completion of the dissolution and liquidation procedure, The Three Tuns Capital RAIF will remain listed in the RAIFs Registry and will continue to appear on CySEC’s website with a notice stating “under liquidation”.
According to article 138(9) of the Law, the RAIF will be removed from the official registry once the dissolution and liquidation processes have concluded and all necessary documentation has been submitted to CySEC.
