Duluth Trading Company, known for its rugged workwear, outdoor gear, and innovative apparel, has appointed Ervan Rodgers as Vice President of Information Technology. In this role, Rodgers will oversee the company’s technology strategy and IT operations.
Rodgers joins the organization with extensive executive experience leading enterprise technology, digital strategy, and large-scale transformation across the public and private sectors. He most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Designer Brands, the parent company of DSW and other footwear and apparel brands, where he led major modernization efforts including cloud-based ERP and order management upgrades, digital commerce enhancements, and technology-driven innovations in product design.
Prior to that, Rodgers served as State Chief Information Officer and Assistant Director of the Ohio Department of Administrative Services, where he oversaw a $2 billion annual IT portfolio, consolidated statewide infrastructure, and advanced multi-cloud architectures to support cross-agency data sharing.
Rodgers also founded Visionary Resource Group earlier this year, providing technology advisory, leadership coaching, and professional development services.
