Sunny Deol gives update on his upcoming films, Jaat 2 and Border 2 says, “Kuch dino me mai shooting ke liye nikal jaunga”


Bollywood Sunny Deol starrer film Jaat has received a decent collection at the box office. Despite the controversy, the film has been giving tough competition to Akshay Kumar’s Kesari: Chapter 2. However, Sunny has recently celebrated the success of his film and appreciated the fans’ love. He also teased Jatt 2 and Border 2.

He took to his Instagram account and shared a video of himself walking in the mountains. He said, “aap logon ne mujhe meri jaat ke liye dher saara pyaar diya… Mai waada karta hun, Jaat 2 isse bhi achi hogi (You guys gave me so much love for my Jaat… I promise, Jaat 2 will be even better).”

The actor added, “Mai aksar waadiyon me ghumne aajata hun, kyunki mujhe bahut acha lagta hai (I often go for a walk in the valleys because I like it very much).”

Sunny also teased that he will soon kick off the shooting of his highly anticipated Border 2. He said, “Kuch dino me mai apne border ki shooting ke liye nikal jaunga (I will leave for Border shooting in a few days).”

He concluded the video by saying “Love you” and giving a kiss to his fans. Alongside the video, the actor wrote in the caption, “Aapka pyaar hi hai meri taqat… Aap sab ka josh hi hai meri safalta ( Your love is my strength… Your enthusiasm is my success).”

He continued in the caption, “Keep loving #Jaat and I feel overwhelmed and blessed seeing all the videos of you all celebrating #Jaat and Cinema! Keep ‘em coming and share them with me, your love and emotions is what has made #Jaat a success.”

Sunny Deol recently announced Jaat 2: On To A New Mission. He revealed a poster of the film and confirmed that Gopichand Malineni will return to direct the upcoming sequel. The film will be co-produced by Naveen Yerneni, Ravi Shankar Y, TG Vishwa Prasad, and Mythri Movie Makers.

Meanwhile, Sunny will reprise his role in Border 2 after two decades. The sequel also features Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh and Ahan Shetty in key roles. It serves as a sequel to JP Dutta’s 1997 war epic Border. Directed by Anurag Singh, Border 2 is set to release in the theatres on January 23, 2026.
