PeakMetrics, an AI-driven narrative intelligence platform serving enterprises, government agencies and public sector teams, has closed a $6m Series A funding round, bringing its total capital raised to $16.3m.

The round was led by Moneta Ventures, with follow-on participation from Techstars, Parameter Ventures, VITALIZE Venture Capital, and Gurtin Ventures.

The fresh capital will be directed towards advancing PeakMetrics’ AI platform, with a particular focus on improving real-time detection of harmful narratives and strengthening the decision-making intelligence available to organisational leaders. Planned developments include corporate fact-checking hubs designed to help organisations establish authoritative sources of truth.

Proceeds from the raise will additionally support go-to-market expansion, extending the platform’s reach across a broader range of industries and government bodies.

The funding announcement follows a period of strong commercial performance for the company, which recorded 3x year-on-year growth as organisations sought tools to manage an information environment increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence. With an estimated 90% of online content projected to be synthetically generated this year, the company argues that manipulated or coordinated narratives can now spread at unprecedented speed.

PeakMetrics offers an AI-agent-based platform that monitors the full information landscape on a continuous basis, enabling organisations to determine why a narrative is spreading, whether it is organic or coordinated, and which audiences may be losing trust.

PeakMetrics co-founder and CEO Nick Loui said, “AI has changed the speed and scale of how narratives spread online. Organizations can no longer afford to operate with partial visibility. PeakMetrics gives leaders the ability to quantify what is spreading, if it’s authentic, and what requires action. This funding allows us to accelerate our mission of bringing clarity to a world of distorted information.”

Moneta Ventures partner Brent Kelton said, “As AI accelerates the spread of information online, PeakMetrics’ narrative intelligence platform is becoming essential for enterprises and governments seeking to detect and defend against emerging narrative threats. From day one, the team’s ambition and ability to execute have stood out, and their platform is already delivering clear value to customers. We’re excited to partner with PeakMetrics as they scale into a massive market opportunity.”
